Restomod Helm E-type JWW review on Youtube

I do t know how to post it but
JWW who most won’t know is a young guy like many on you tube who test drives cars
Lately most have got the bug with classic cars for all the right reasons
I don’t know how to post the video but the coupe has soft shut doors and interesting interior
If we can post it
It’s really nice!

Thank you … We have seen many creations but the best part lately is that all these guys and gals are YOUNG!

Check out the soft touch doors!
The rear bumpers with no overide Looks cool too

For GBP450k plus VAT, it should come with its own valet, garage, mechanic…

kind regards

I tell you the truth
If you ever built one
It’s the right price!
Fuel injection
5 speed
Alum front nose
Coil overs
Soft shut doors
Alcantera interior dash bespoke
If you built one how is it so cheap😀
And all the rest

I have built one, Joey. See my photo albums of the old website. Start at Welcome to Jag-lovers - Members Photo Viewing Page and then search for “@dognextdoor” Feel free to make me an offer for the car.

It has fuel injection, lpg, power windows, door that fit and shut properly if let go from just one hand’s width away, 5 speed overdive gearbox, custom everything and everything is rebuilt so it works.
kind regards
Marek

Edit:- It was a standard US spec automatic originally

Wow I ll try to open the old site
I just picked up another Vanquish but I’m always game
How does the a/c heat work?

…and consort.

Not blown away by the mod side of it, but looks pretty. Kind of enthusiastic in applying their logo.

My main takeaway was driving in snow and ice on those vintage thread tyres! Brave, in a borrowed car that costs as much as a house.

His dad pay for it😀
I just thought it was fresh without pushing it to far
Has anyone used the Clayton ac box?

I like the rear bumpers, without the over-riders, and nicely finished ends.

That does look real good

I thought it was overall very nice!

To be honest though, I don’t like the soft shut doors. It’s very masculine to hear the click of the door mechanism as you escort your lady out of the car just as much as it is to slam it.
To omit the idiosyncrasy of the E’s door behavior not always seating properly when being closed robs it of character.

Interesting that there is no heater snorkel: they just kinda point the opening towards the heater box.

And thank gawd, the 710 cap is aligned longitudinally: otherwise, I’d not go more than $400k…:smirk:

A point was made in the video about Helm being operated by very experienced E—type folks. The only name mentioned on their site rings no bells, any clues?

How does this stack up against Eagle cars?

I don’t know
I know Henry P for years
At 450 it’s half price…

Some nice work here although I don’t like all of it. Interesting car and fun to watch…

That was fun! Like you said Ron, some I like better but it’s all very nice workmanship.

Wonderful car, but painful to watch on a snowy road.
