I agree W/Nick & add you’re in Boise. Should that be Portland, Seattle, or San Francisco add on a house W/ a 3 car garage for Ted. B/C he has been deprived of opportunities to live a productive life by a society that doesn’t support his previous criminal activities & deprives him of gainful employment. Poor guy has no garages to hide/store the vehicles he finds abandoned behind fences or locked in garages.
